1-on-1 Personal Training

I will be by your side through every workout! Crafting a program specific to you and guiding you through every exercise to ensure proper form. No injuries on my watch!

In-Home Workouts

The beauty of in-home workouts is you will learn what is really necessary to bring your goals to life. You do not need a fancy gym or a ton of equipment! Your body is enough and I will help you to learn that.

Stretching & Recovery

Mobility is a key component to any successful workout program. We will make sure to warm-up, cool-down and stretch as much as necessary. 

I specialize in helping peri- and post-menopausal women, as well as seniors, build strength, confidence, and vitality. With personalized support and expert guidance, you’ll discover just how amazing your body can feel — stronger, more energized, and thriving every day!

Women's Fitness Training

  • Women understand women, I can tailor programming that meets you where you are (literally and figuratively)!

  • Focus on building core strength, pelvic floor strength, upper and lower body strength all while learning correct form to prevent injuries! 

  • Mobility work and assisted stretching to help you move easier and without pain.

Senior Fitness Training

  • Focus on core strength, balance and mobility to feel in-control of your own body. 

  • Increase your mind to muscle connection, build strength in the processes your body goes through to move.

  • Hands on form correction during the workout and assisted stretching afterwards.

In-Home Assisted Stretching 

  • All tools are provided by me (massage table, etc.)

  • Fully assisted 

  • Full body stretch with a focus on areas of the body that are the least mobile.

  • Increase your blood flow and improve overall flexibility and mobility.

  • Best when combined with a strength/workout program.
